Incredibly helpful and responsive sales staff. The shed and gazebo are exactly as ordered and delivery and installation was flawless. I cannot recommend highly enough. It is rare to have everything for perfectly smoothly with zero issues or complications but they pulled it off!

The crew that came to install the pavilion were very polite, diligent and their craftsmanship is impeccable. I can count the times on one hand that I have made a purchase where everything went as expected or better, this was one of them.

Our 20' Backyard and Beyond gazebo is used for community concerts, weddings, scout and school ceremonies and this weekend the VFW "Welcome Home" for our troops and vets. The plans were easy to follow and the quality of workmanship is excellent, it is really a beautiful and much appreciated highlight in our park and for our community. We get compliments on it often and are extremely happy with it.

We love our Backyard and Beyond gazebo. It adds wonderful extra living space to our outdoors.

The backyard is finally finished! I am sooo happy with it. We still need to install the hottub. It has been delivered, but it will probably take a couple of weeks before we get it hooked up. No problem, but I can't wait!

I absolutely love my pavilion. I call it "The Pool House". We bbq for our friends and have dinner in the pool house you built for us. Inside the pool house we have an outdoor lounge set, a bar and a table. Everybody asks who built it, I tell them it is from Backyard and Beyond and it was built on site.

Working with Backyard and Beyond was a great experience. They were professional, on time, and friendly. They worked very hard every step of the way to realize the building of my custom shed. I would highly recommend using them.

We installed the 10' Jefferson gazebo on our deck. It is very attractive and adds a lot of interest to the deck. It is always shinny white and requires very little maintenance. It is just the right size for a 4' round table and chairs. We enjoy having dinner out there. It's also nice to have part of the deck permanently covered.

Great Product, Great Price. They arrived early and promptly. Very Polite. Finished the job and cleaned up after themselves. I Had some lemonade out for the workers, and they were appreciative. I would definitely recommend them and Ill use them again in the future

Delivery of the gazebo was great, the truck driver helped unload and refused tip. I am 79 years old and put the gazebo together by myself (Except for the roof panels).
