Built On-Site Garage Series

Built On-Site Garages

Functional, affordable and beautiful.

Built-on-site garages offer a unique advantage: they can be fully customized to meet your specific needs and preferences. Unlike pre-built garages that arrive as pre-built units, a built-on-site garage is constructed from scratch on your property. Here are the key benefits of opting for a custom-built garage.

Our built-on-site garages come in 1, 2, or 3 car configurations. Whether you're enhancing your property's value or simply creating a functional space, a custom garage is a worthwhile investment.

Here are the key benefits of opting for a custom-built garage:

  • Customization: When you choose a built-on-site garage, you have the opportunity to customize nearly every detail. From size and layout to materials and finishes, you can tailor the garage to your exact taste and requirements. Whether you need extra storage space, a workshop, or a place to park your vehicles, customization ensures that the garage serves its purpose effectively.
  • Durability: Unlike pre-built garages, which are assembled without a foundation, a built-on-site garage is rooted in your property with a solid foundation—similar to your house. This foundation ensures longevity and better overall durability. You can trust that your custom garage will withstand the test of time and weather conditions.
  • More Space: Built-on-site garages can be larger than pre-built options. With better foundational support and no need for full unit transportation, you can maximize the available space. Whether you have multiple cars, recreational vehicles, or extensive storage needs, a custom structure provides the flexibility to accommodate them all.
  • Versatility: These garages are not limited to just vehicle storage. They can serve as workshops, hobby spaces, home gyms, or even guest quarters. The versatility of a custom-built garage makes it a valuable addition to any property.

Yes. All of our build-on-site garages have engineered drawings included, but we can get drawings for any of our structures for an additional cost. All drawings are non-refundable
Do I need site prep for a shed?

Can you have site prep done?
We can provide site work for all of our structures.
Can you remove my old shed?
We can demo existing structures. To get a price give those measurements and a couple of photos to your Design Consultant
How much room do I need to get my shed in?
For our storage sheds, you will need 2'-4' in addition to the width of the shed. For example, if you would like a 10' shed, you would need 12'-14' width clearance depending on the model.
How can I get a shed with only a 3' gate opening?
Should you be unable to take down the fence sections, we offer the option to construct the shed on your property for an additional cost.
Will you remove fencing?
Regrettably, we do not provide fence removal services. It is your responsibility to dismantle the fence before the scheduled delivery. An additional charge will apply if we arrive onsite and encounter restricted access due to an existing fence.
Will the truck need to go into my yard?
No, our delivery drivers utilize a specialized machine known as a "Mule." This equipment features two sets of flotation wheels that are placed on one side of the building, while the mule is positioned on the other side, enabling it to pull the shed directly into place.
Will the Mule damage my yard?
The mule is adept at minimizing yard damage; however, you may notice tire marks where the grass is pressed down, particularly if the ground is muddy, resulting in small tracks in your yard similar to a zero-turn mower.
