Alpine Pavilions
Our Alpine Pavilions are meticulously crafted from Western Red Cedar, complemented by Southern Yellow Pine under the roof. Each board is carefully hand-selected to ensure the best possible appearance. The wood is finished with one of our standard colors. The 8x8 posts are laminated and wrapped to resist warping and checking. At each base, a black powder-coated bracket allows direct attachment to your concrete pad or wood deck. These posts are covered with a decorative skirt for a polished finish. Adding both beauty and lateral strength, the 4x8 half-moon braces are designed to withstand high winds. The engineered 3-ply 6x8 headers are built to span up to 16 feet without sagging. For the roof, we use 2x6 rafters to ensure structural integrity. Units that are 16 feet wide and smaller have a 10/12 pitch, while those 18 feet wide and larger feature an 8/12 pitch. The ceiling is adorned with 1x6 pine tongue and groove boards, stained mahogany for a rich appearance. Architectural asphalt shingles cover the roof. Our rectangle pavilions are meticulously engineered to withstand 140 mph winds and 45 pounds per square foot snow loads. All these features come standard, creating a strong and beautiful structure—a perfect oasis for outdoor enjoyment.
